Are kids welcome?

Of course! That said, parents are absolutely welcome to opt out and enjoy a rare adults-only evening.

What's the weather going to be like?

July in Niagara Falls is typically warm and beautiful. Plan for a summer garden party — light layers for the evening are never a bad idea near the water.

What should I wear?

Garden/cocktail party attire. The ceremony is outdoors, so avoid stilettos — the garden path will not be your friend. Think elegant but comfortable.

Where exactly is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony will be held outdoors at Oakes Garden Theatre. The reception follows at the Queen Victoria Place Restaurant, which has a reserved section with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Falls.

What about parking?

Parking near the Falls is limited. We strongly recommend rideshare (Uber/Lyft), public transit, or walking if you're staying nearby. It'll make the evening much smoother.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Transportation from the ceremony to the reception will be provided. At the end of the night, Uber and Lyft are your best bets — the staff at Queen Victoria Place can also provide car service information if needed.

Is there a hotel block?

We didn't reserve a hotel block — there were simply too many guests across too many preferences for it to provide a meaningful discount. Plenty of great options on Hotels.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo. Suggested dates: July 14–17.

Is proof of COVID vaccination required?

No — requirements were lifted on October 1, 2022. That said, if you're feeling unwell or test positive before the wedding, please stay home. We'll celebrate with you separately!
